Ryley DeMaro

I'm a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, looking for roles in the social media, marketing, and sports industry. As an advertising and public relations and sports media and communication major, I'm fascinated by the growth of social media and how much it can impact our world. As such, I have taken many advertising and public relations, communication, sports influence on the media, and strategic classes. Now I'd like to put that experience to good use, analyzing the growth of technology and developing my skills of advertising and promoting company values and products. My top 5 Gallup strengths are: Adaptability, Empathy, Harmony, Deliberative, and Belief. These strengths demonstrate that I show an excellent executing and relationship building approach to life. My top 5 strengths are a perfect representation why I am the person I am today. I tend to “go with the flow” and be a “now” person, who takes things as they come and discover the future one day at a time. I tend to sense the feelings of other people by imagining myself in others’ lives or others’ situations, while also looking for consensus. I don’t enjoy conflict; rather, I seek areas of agreement. I take serious care in making decisions or choices and anticipate the obstacles. And finally, I have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for my life.
