I am Mechanical engineer and I have worked with all classic engineering disciplines since I graduated from Odense Teknikum 1990. September 1st 2021 I started as Site Manager at DE Valves A/S in Glamsbjerg (owned by Frese A/S) producing Ball Valves for District Heating systems. From January 2015 I was PE Manager for MHI Vestas Offshore Wind A/S - now VESTAS Off-shore Wind - assembly unit at Lindø, Munkebo producing the 10 MW wind turbine nacelle and in Esbjerg the PCM. I've worked with management, economi, HR, quality, working environment, tool & facility management, production support and project managment. Before that I was 22 years in district energy business with design and manufacturing of ball valves for underground and house installation. The last 13 years for Danfoss A/S as R&D manager in the District Energy ball valve unit. Here I worked in Danfoss´ international organization with internationals projects in Poland, Slovenia and Russia and I have been managing employees in Poland and Slovenia. All in all I have worked with mechanical enginnering, management and project management for approximately 31 years. 1990-1992 in Vestas R&D dept. In Lem.
