I am an enthusiastic and highly accomplished IT Engineer with a B.Sc. Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and over 7 years’ hands-on experience in the field of IT support and administration. Throughout my career to date, my focus has been on providing IT support through installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting Windows Server 2016, Office 365, Microsoft Office Suite 2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft SCCM, OS (Windows 7, 10, RHEL7, Mac), Veeam Agent, VMware and Virtualization with Hyper-V. Furthermore, I have been consistently recognised for effective utilisation of my well-developed administrative and networking skills as well as strong software and hardware testing and troubleshooting for ICT devices PC/Laptop (e.g. Lenovo, HP, Dell, Mac), network printers, IP Phones, mobile devices, video conferencing units for multiple offices and providing support for End-User computing and operating Incident Management Tool. Exceptional communication and customer facing skill and ability to provide support both technical and non-technically aware customers via telephone, email and teams also have professional communication skills and ability to deal with different levels of stakeholders and vendors.
