No one is good at everything. As much as you may be in command of your core offering, chances are your messaging doesn't quite make the grade. Well, I am a big believer of honesty and that it can lead you to great success. I am running a printing press along with my father (since 2017 when the university started) and have learned to apply theoretical knowledge to a real life situation. Being a marketing student, I'm trying to digitalise my company; by offering new products, manufacture existing products better and faster at a cheaper rate in competition to my competitors. By being an honest and supportive leader, I try to be the role model for my employees so that we can together work effectively and efficiently for the betterment of our company. My innate ability to build high performance team, including my strategically selected upper management staff, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace. -My goal is to be among the leading printers in Pakistan.
