Sabine Filoni has 40 years of experience in hospitality, travel and timeshare. Highlights include: - Responsible for $150M+ in timeshare rentals - Launched and developed restaurants, fractional ownership and timeshare rental companies - Developing and implementing strategy during Covid resulting in positive outcomes for travelers, timeshare owners and rental companies - Creating robust HOA delinquent member rental program for luxury travel fractional ownership brand - Designing and implementing a European staff recruitment and immigration program - Directing a public relations program resulting in Food and Wine Magazine and Wine Spectator features, Food Network and Travel Channel placements, among others. After the restaurant business and inspired by her passion for travel, Sabine founded Exclusive Club Vacations in 2005. Initially offering vacation rentals at the Ritz-Carlton Clubs, she later introduced Marriott Vacation Club properties to the portfolio. In August 2012, she combined her business with Concierge Realty where she now directs the rental division. A specialty is assisting resorts with delinquent memberships and monetizing timeshare owners' investments. Concierge Realty assists newer properties with filling unsold developer inventory with quality candidates for membership. Developing new lines of business is a current focus.
