Sustainability. Co-Creation. Action. As a leader in Responsible Business Conduct, I am passionate about taking action for a more equitable and sustainable world. For over 15 years, I was privileged to contribute to innovative and bold solutions on climate, biodiversity, water, circularity, social impact and human rights. I am people-oriented and like to empower my team and global networks. I gained experience in multiple sectors including textiles, tourism, building materials and finance, working for multinational enterprises, consultancy and leading NGOs in Europe, Africa, Asia. With an educational background in Business Administration (MBA), Economic Geography/Sustainable Development (MSc) and Corporate Sustainability (CAS), I increasingly venture into exploring new work, mindfulness and purpose-driven leadership. I currently serve as a Board Member and Member of Advisory Board to companies with a sustainability mission. Also, I have the privilege to be on a sabbatical, slow traveling and world/homeschooling my three kids.
