Lead training sessions for new hire teams in Closing on 7(a) and 504 SBA commercial and small business loans. Also provide training classes for Sales Support teams. Responsible for on-boarding and on-going training, coaching and development for the loan closing teams. Develops and delivers communication and training to support program implementation. Assists in the coordination of loan assignment, reviews and closings. Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Ensures project plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. Develop continuing education plans for all applicable team members. Assist with creating efficiency and effectiveness through process improvement. Conduct end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met. Executes test scripts based upon test strategy/plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production.
