Hotel business is my world, as it is all about the guest. Every day is different, every guest is different and it is my goal to make the guests happy; even though without losing track of the hotel as a business. Ideally I have a balanced work load between administrative work and being at the front with the customers. At the same time work takes so much time of our lives, so it must be our ambition to create a comfortable atmosphere for all employees. Travelling in several countries as well as work experience in Europe, Asia and America have taught me much about the many different cultures in the world. It is a privilege for me to have the opportunity to work with many different nationalities, I love foreign languages and learning more about other cultures.
