I am a motivated and enthusiastic adult who strives to get tasks completed, I am a hardworking individual with goals to exceed my talent and be more than what I already am. I have increased my IT knowledge with a UK training provider called Just IT and with them I have gained experience within the IT industry and they gave me a better understanding of what the industry is all about. I aim to gain more qualifications and use those skills in my professional work. My main aims are to develop with a company where I can grow as an IT professional, I aim to go up the ranks to a 2nd and 3rd line support and gain as much knowledge as possible. Skills: Active directory, office 365, Citrix, ticketing systems, hands-on fixing laptops, re building desktops and laptops, customer service and problem solving.
