Sally Ritchey (Love)

Sally Ritchey has a broad variety of responsibilities at Trinity. She manages the IT department and a variety of Management Information Systems projects. Sally has served Trinity in many capacities since 1992, including Director of Staff Development, Director of the Trinity School, and Director of the ICF/MR program. Her early experiences at Trinity included management and case management roles, as well as Associate Director in a residential program for persons with developmental disabilities. Prior to joining the agency, Sally worked at The Lambs, Inc.in Libertyville, IL and a Center for Independent Living (CIL) in Joliet, IL. While working in leadership roles, Sally has presented at many conferences, Trinity retreats, and staff development sessions, covering both management and clinical topics, as well as a variety of technical educational sessions. Sally earned a BA in Social Work from College of St. Francis in Joliet, IL, and an MA in Psychology (Behavior Analysis) from the University of Nevada at Reno. She serves on the Steering Committee of the National Association of QMRPs, and is a former Board member for the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL), representing NAQ. Specialties: Managing de-centralized systems, ABA based interventions, training and managing within a non-profit budget.
