I am an experienced leader with a proven track record in BIM and digital transformation. Here are six highlights of my experience and approach: I prioritize people over technology in digital innovation, recognizing that technology is only as effective as the people using it. To ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives, I build an architecture that empowers employees to make informed choices and drive the best results. I am a technology enthusiast and have expertise in BIM, RPA, IoT, big data, machine learning, and 3D scanning. I have worked with some of Denmark's largest companies, including MT Højgaard, Rambøll, DTU, and NIRAS, where I was responsible for digital strategy development and goal realization on complex projects such as the Børneriget Hospital. My goal is to help organizations embrace digital solutions by creating a supportive environment and fostering a focus on execution and implementation, rather than just strategy. Although I don't like to talk about it, my passion for this work is so strong that I would do it for free.
