Aircraft spare parts management & Purchasing - Invoice controller- Customs paperwork- Dangerous Goods Management (DGR ITEM)- AOG DESK - Materials Planning for layover check- Continuously monitor and update stocking levels- Forward demand planning to ensure on hand materials for planned maintenance events- Work with Reliability Engineer to continuously monitor and update overhaul and repair work scopes, modification levels, interchangeability- Work with supplier to manage supply chain- ensuring all required parts have been ordered and received prior to release of work for accomplishment- Make recommendations regarding standardization, acquisition, or surplus actions for parts- Interface with other departments for return of surplus parts. Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management- Plans and schedules work flow and organizes teams to meet production and shipping schedules- Ensures team conformance to organization policies and procedures- Initiates or recommends methods to improve materials processes- Reviews, approves and issues purchase requisitions; follows up and expedites as necessary. Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories Investigates and identifies qualified suppliers; issues requests for quotations; may evaluate vendor reliability- Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase or bid. Follow all shipments in/out to the final destination incluse shipments in/out of UE Personal skills: - Purchasing (Larger batches, rotables and expendables) - Sales (Outright, exchange or loan) - Logistics - Risk assessment - Basic software: Microsoft Office (Word; Exel; Powerpoint etc.), Java, VoIP, Android, Linux, iOS, Windows - Aeronautical software: AMOS; Quantum; Aerocom MS-DOS; Aerocom Web edition; SAP;Airbus web site management; Lufthansa web site management; AIPC
