I am a committed, passionate and hard-working professional who has worked in the healthcare sector for 11 years. I have been working for the NHS throughout this time, which is fast paced, ever changing and demanding. My experience has allowed me to develop my strengths in communication, leadership, resilience, problem solving and prioritisation. I am an excellent team player and a motivated lone worker. I have a successful track record with: developing and delivering learning and development sessions to ensure compliance of skill and effectiveness within the workforce; leadership support; events and project management. I am an accomplished mentor who is adept at supporting, coaching and teaching senior and junior colleagues within my speciality, as well as the wider workforce. My work is directed with clarity of what we need colleagues to know, feel and do and conforms to best-practice and evidence-based standards.
