- Design & implement customer data centers for high availability, scalability and security - Lead network and security migration projects for large scale projects - Review customer security policy for connectivity options and design/propose/implement the best connectivity solution that securely integrates customer network to SMO infrastructure. Connectivity includes different variations of IPSEC VPNs, MPLS and SSH tunneling - Work on process automation with development engineers to acquire more efficiency in day to day processes - Work with cost center to develop pricing on new device monitoring/management - Work with customer to answer any security concerns they may have - Work with Global Sales Organization on large pre-sales deals. Provide vision on how can we securely monitor customer environment at least amount of overheads - Review RFP documents and ensure the responses fits our offerings and customer needs - Identify new solution development and initiate R&D process.
