I am currently a Business Manager at Macquarie Bank focused on providing financial oversight and governance of delivery train budget, costs and forecasts. I also served as Scrum Master facilitating retrospectives, goal setting sessions and standups to ensure we are on top of our set goals and we continue to improve our processes. I am a Certified Scrum Master and also a graduate of the Masters in Information Management program at the University of Washington (Seattle, Washington). Given my work experience, education attainment and skills, I am confident that my qualifications are a perfect match for your company. I also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree in the University of Asia and the Pacific (Manila, Philippines). Afterwards, I took a job as a Customer Care Specialist in a local company named E-Commerce Philippines, Inc. Wherein I dealt with customers having technical issues with their business operations. After working in this company for ten months, I moved to another opportunity in Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific Ltd. (Manila, Philippines). I took a position as an ITO Support Specialist I in the Service Management division, which is focused on supporting the SAP modules of North America and Western Europe Procter & Gamble. Moreover, I completed two internships for my masters degree – one in Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific Ltd wherein I was in the Master Data Management – Implementation Services team, specifically working on a SAP project for various Asia markets of Procter & Gamble and the other from T-Mobile (Bellevue, Washington) wherein I was a SAP Process Analyst Intern working on daily SAP transactions, project requirements and process improvement templates. I am very interested in Information Management, Business Management, Project Management and Scrum Mastery, but am willing to learn new subject areas.
