Samantha Morgan-hewitt

I have 15 years experience working in the NHS. Roles include HCA and administration. I currently work for the Upper GI team at Winchester as their part-time coordinator. I oversee theatre scheduling for 3 consultants, along with coordinating diaries and outpatients. The role is varied and challenging, from using excel spreadsheets to Microsoft outlook and patient centred programmes, where communication and accuracy are key. I decided that I needed to challenge myself further, so I have taken on becoming MAAT. I would like to further my career within the financial field, eventually having my own practice. The challenge I face now is to find the experience I need to consolidate my learning.
