She is licensed in 7 states, and under her direction, the Evolving Team has completed hundreds of projects. Samantha sits on the City of Fort Worth’s Development Advisory Committee (DAC), the Center for Transforming Lives' Opportunity Center Task Force, Board of Directors of Near Southside, Inc and is a member of LFW, CREW, ASCE, TFMA, WBCS, FWBCC, Rotary Fort Worth and SAME.As CEO, Samantha assumes the integral role of developing and leading strategic growth, as well as nurturing client partnerships. Additionally, she works tirelessly to create the outstanding workplace culture enjoyed by the Evolving Team. As part of this culture, Samantha has implemented the Evolving Cares program, which has resulted in Evolving employees tutoring the A&E Drafting class at Texans CAN Academy, supporting the STEM program and helping kids who have struggled in a traditional high school environment.Samantha Renz is also the founder and Chief Love Officer at Soul Tea, a mission-focused franchise Tea Shop that offers Second Chance Opportunities and Mentorship.
