Samia Bouazza

Samia Bouazza is a business leader and the Group CEO and Managing Director at Multiply Group, an Abu Dhabi-based holding company, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. Samia leads the strategic development of Multiply Group, growing organically and inorganically a diversified portfolio of businesses. She is committed to growth through tech infusion, efficiencies, synergy, acquisitions and driving sustainable growth within the group’s subsidiaries to ensure maximum shareholder returns. Her key focus is on balancing investments in the digital economy commerce (Telehealth, Digital Media and Advertising) and platforms with sustainable assets in steady industries which are disrupting the way they operate (Mobility, Energy and Beauty). Championing the importance of wellness (mental and physical health), a personal and corporate value, Samia announced the evident launch of the Group’s health-tech startup HealthierU, an online wellness and prevention platform. Samia’s leadership instils in her team a deep loyalty to a culture of trust building, intellectual growth, and data-driven, tech-based solutions. At the age of 22, she founded Multiply Marketing Consultancy (MMC), a local boutique agency which she transformed into an award-winning global firm. Samia closed an acquisition and merger deal with Viola Communications, prior to listing Multiply Group on the ADX in December 2021. Samia is a well-known business speaker and has authored and co-authored books that emphasize the value of learning and the power of the intellect in driving personal growth. Samia currently serves as a board member to several companies in Switzerland, New York, and Abu Dhabi and is passionate about growth, disruptive ideas, wellness, and women’s empowerment.
