I excel in all of my jobs due to military training. While in the military I was constantly in a position 1-2 grades ahead of mine. As an E2 i was a gunner which is an E4 position and as an E3 I was an ammo team chief which is an E5 position. I take my job very seriously and always look for ways to improve or better myself and my work ethics. I have 7 years of management experience both in the military and out of the military. At my most previous job, I went form a part time employee to the Main manager within a year due to my drive and want to improve the business. While there I condensed the inventory into a third of the space it took up, and set up a dedicated shipping area making the operations much smoother overall. I implemented a new pricing system which cut our pricing time down to a fourth of what it used to take. I Pride myself on always being better than the day before, and I bring my A game to the table everytime.
