I'm a social entrepreneur, facilitator, coach, keynote speaker, and occasional comedian who is passionate about community, purpose, belonging and togetherness. The main focus of my work is designing and hosting retreats for companies who want to create remote and hybrid work culture that are fizzing with energy, performance and purpose.The specialist toolset I bring to these events was developed at Sunday Assembly - the worldwide community building movement - with 100 communities in 6 different countries. Sunday Assembly communities have all the components of a congregation or spiritual community - singing together, inspiring talks, meditation - but in a way that is totally secular and inclusive. We were soon asked to speak to businesses and organisations about our work which led to the development of the Lifefulness practice. Post-pandemic we have chose to specialise in retreats and offsites that help remote / hybrid teams create culture, meaning and purpose.
