In 2010 I established Blomfield Recruitment, where I specialise in sourcing and placing talented, high performing, mid to senior level professionals with like-minded businesses, primarily in the FMCG sector. In total, my experience spans owning, managing and growing recruitment businesses from start-ups to large, existing operations across many divisions including Sales, Marketing & Category Management, Accounting & Finance, Operations, Industrial & Manufacturing. I have also managed and recruited for small and large scale projects up to Director level.
