I am a seasoned and entrepreneurial professional with over 25 years of experience, direct sales, technology, delivery, program and relationship management. Based on a deep understanding of Indian and global markets, IT and BPO, I have built businesses, managed large client relationships, led direct sales teams to win large deals of over US$ 900 million, and managed delivery teams of over 2000 people, across US, Europe and India.I have founded SkillSpeed, a company in the area of online live training in high technology areas, leadership and Sales. SkillSpeed works with more than a 100 large MNCs to deliver program using our delivery platform consisting of content management, cloud labs, coding and assessment. Before this, I was the Global Chief Sales Officer of Datamatics Global Services Ltd, and responsible for sales and account management (revenues $ 200M)I was President and Global Business Head of the Managed Services and Cloud division ($ 100M) at Tulip Telecom Limited.Prior to Tulip, I spent more than 6 years at Wipro and handled many leadership roles. My last role was Head of Business Development for North America for Wipro Technolgies. Before that, I have handled leadership roles such as - Global Practice Head of Healthcare at Wirpo Technologies, Global Solution Head of Insurance, Head of Total Outsourcing for India, APAC and MEBefore joining Wipro, I was Business Head of Heathcare and Insurance BPO wiith Infosys BPO, and Head of Solution for the Healthcare, Insurance and Pharma vertical with Satyam.I have also founded two successful technology start-ups in the past in the areas of web services, mobile collaboration and microprocessor based power equipment.Specialties: Running a business unit with P&L responsibilities, Sales and client relationships in US, UK and India, Sales and delivery in IT and BPO.
