I have significant experience in the field of USAID and DFID fund in financial, administration and grants, procurement management. I have wide working experience as CARE Bangladesh, ACDI/VOCA and Pathfinder International couple of years. I have contributed to the development and achievement of the strategic objectives in each organization, at the Team level. I have proven expertise in the field of strategic financial planning, organizing, budgeting, budget analysis & monitoring, management of grants/sub grants & contracts, partnership agreements, GOB liaison and project management and reporting and financial evaluation of partner organizations. The management of contracts, fund disbursements, and tracking and control of budgets for NGO partners directly, and the management of sub-grants while with CARE Bangladesh. Good knowledge of accounting/ financial rules and regulations as per IFRS. I am able to financial control mechanism by planning, organizing and proper monitoring system. Recommendation on the systems and procedures being reviewed, reports on findings and monitoring of implementation as per project management response. Review the report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial reports and other information. Ensures the system is in place, which makes certain that all major risks of irregularities are identified and analyzed for action. Moreover, I have ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultural customs in a team – based, contribute to participatory planning, good interpersonal skill, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability, organizing and problem solving abilities and coaching.
