I am currently part of Corporate Function at Firstsource helping our organization in CSR, Employee Volunteering and Sustainability. Earlier I was part of Climate Action Team - Global ESG at Cognizant. In my role I was helping cognizant to create a strong Env Sustainablity plan including creating Net Zero Goal, enabling Renewable Energy Transition and Carbon Offset projects. Earlier I was part of Outreach, Cognizant's Employee Volunteering Program for 10 Years. I have over 14 years of volunteering & CSR experience in various causes and have led and help executed many CSR Projects for Cognizant Outreach. During my stint at Cognizant outreach I was heading the operations of Chennai, Mangalore and Kochi locations along with being global lead for go green program. My total work experience is 23 years out of which majority of time spent at Cognizant where I served in various delivery role in Digital Operations for Healthcare Clients and worked in corporate functions and strategic operations. Have loved sales field always and worked in software marketing for micromen systems who provides solution to construction industries and as Sales Executive to Bee Vee Graphics during early career. Proud to have served Indian Para Military force as a soldier for five years. My first work experience is helping my relatives newspaper and magazine business where I learnt most of the skills necessary to achive success.
