Hi, I’m Sara! Most people who have met me will describe me as outgoing, driven, determined, and sometimes overly optimistic. I believe in making sure the little things are always thought about when it comes to candidate experience. I am the recruiter who randomly wakes up in the night remembering to get back to someone on time, I’m not afraid to give feedback (the good and the bad). I enjoy partnering and consulting with leaders, finding new and creative ways to source the perfect fit into their teams. On a personal note, I love OTT stationary, working in great teams, kicking goals & pretty much anything Harry Potter related (I was once involved in organising a Harry Potter hack-day and it was quite possibly the highlight of my career). I love working in Tech and recruiting top talent into exciting teams.
