Experienced in-house counsel for a pharmaceutical company primarily advising the clinical operations and regulatory departments and other business functions as well as experience representing clients in the information technology and services industry and the health care industry. I advise clients on a wide array of business, transactional and regulatory matters. I have negotiated and drafted documents in a wide range of matters within and outside of the US, including informed consent forms, protocols, LOAs, general and IT product and service agreements, asset purchase agreements, clinical trial agreements, and employment agreements on behalf of pharma, private entities, public benefit corporations, health systems, physicians and other health care clients. By understanding a company’s objectives and effectively communicating the legal risks to the business persons, I enable management to make informed strategic choices. I also create efficiency and empower my clients by strategically creating templates and negotiating parameters and provide ongoing trainings. Overall, I use my experience and knowledge, gained from my prior experience as a co-founder, in-house counselor and developer of a startup, to design and tailor specific strategies to help my clients achieve their goals.I have represented entities ranging from those in their early stages to mature private and public companies across a wide range of industries on strategic transactions as well as daily corporate governance matters.
