I have worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years, ultimately gaining experience in housekeeping, customer service, guest relations, and hotel operations at various levels. As a General Manager, I take pride in over coming unique challenges and pushing my team to be the best. When I first began my hospitality career, I had just received my second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do/Mixed Martial Arts. The discipline and resilience I learned from my time in training have carried on throughout my career. Currently, I am responsible for the daily operations of a 120 room hotel. This includes maintaining great customer service, a friendly front desk staff, a clean and safe environment for my guests and most importantly motivating my team daily to reach weekly and monthly goals for the District and Region.
