Marketing Manager for one of New Zealand’s most respected and trusted brands, the AA. I lead the marketing strategy and communications for AA Membership and brand strategy for the iconic AA brand. My focus is on further growing the AA’s 1.6 million Member base through acquisition and retention initiatives that enhance the Member experience, as well as driving the continual transformation of the brand through business innovation. The successful 2018 launch of AA’s new brand venture, AA Home was one of these, which won the Supreme Award at this year’s TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards. Previously I have worked in both the UK and NZ in marketing and creative agency roles, including NBCUniversal (UK), Brothers & Sisters (UK) and Saatchi & Saatchi (NZ). I am a dynamic results-oriented leader, with a vision of helping brands build strong emotional connections and audience responses through creative communications and data driven customer insights.
