Sarah Iselin

Sarah Iselin is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts’ President and Chief Executive Officer. With nearly 30 years of experience in health care strategy, policy, finance and philanthropy, Sarah is driven to create a health care system that’s more empathetic, equitable, accessible and affordable for all. Sarah most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Shield of California, a nonprofit Blue plan with 4.7 million members and $23 billion in annual revenue. She previously held senior leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, including Florida Blue, Optum, and in Massachusetts state government. Sarah also served in leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation.
