I am the Leader of Document Development & Delivery at Tryg's IT departement, where our work revolves mainly arround Papyrus. Here I have the pleasure of working with awsome and highly skilled people - I am lucky to have such great people in my team🙏 I am also a competent, structured and innovative SAFe and PSM I and PSM II certified Scrum Master who is also a Certified ISTQB tester, ISTQB Certified Agile Tester, and servant leader. I have experience as a Scrum Master, an Agile specialist, Test Manager, Business Analyst and have worked in cross-functional teams, with a leg in both business and IT. I have been a part of Teams working with platform upgrades, platform transitions, software updates, software integration, UX and design. I have experience as a Scrum Master, where teams consists of both on-site and off-shore team members, and where the deliverables have been both business oriented, but also technical solutions, to support business. I am used to working as a Scrum Master in both, Mainframe systems (such as Tosca), and with software (Such as Papyrus EyeWidget), new software development and implementation, of these and even server-upgrades have been a part of my experience. In addition, I have a strong background of many years in insurance, where I have worked in Sales, Customer Support and as Back-office Support to Business and Sales. As they say, there is no I in TEAM, and I believe that it takes a Team of skilled, dedicated people to deliver exellent IT solutions.
