I come up with ways to make things work better and continuously analyze product and services to ensure that value is being met by employees and clients. I push colleagues to succeed and show people what they can do with a little hard work. I love analyzing details and ensuring that what we deliver is what is being asked for. I am working on learning how to code so that I not only can analyze and brainstorm new ideas but help write coding to makes those ideas come to life.
