I am a technical assistant rep with a top level SAAS company. I have worked with the company as a stakeholder to help brainstorm and collect product enhancements and new features. I have been recognized as an innovator for my out of the box thinking, and ninja style analytical skills. Colleagues know me as highly dedicated and creative thinker that is goes above and beyond to ensure that we are productive and highly motivated. I come up with ways to make things work better and continuously analyze product and services to ensure that value is being met by employees and clients. I push colleagues to succeed and show people what they can do with a little hard work. I love analyzing details and ensuring that what we deliver is what is being asked for. I am working on learning how to code so that I not only can analyze and brainstorm new ideas but help write coding to makes those ideas come to life. I love working behind the scenes to ensure that a great product meets the needs but also gives an amazing experience.
