Human Resource Professional with experience in People &Culture management, Office Operations, and Events management. People and Team oriented person that mostly developed HR, Administrative & Other Skills on the job, through Professional Training Programs and Post Graduate Degree and Courses. Currently employed as the Human Resource and Administration Manager in a Non-for- profit, Non-governmental, International and Multilateral Organization. Previously served for several years, in different capacities, for the Rwandan Agriculture, Livestock and Health Sector, collaborating with Government leadership, local/regional NGOs’ senior managers, Boards of directors and partners at all levels. MBA graduate in HR, holding a Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences, a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management, and various other Training Certificates. The approach to work is more of combining soft skills together with a proactive, positive, inclusive, Problem Solving, coaching, mentoring, commiting to Success and solution orientation.
