After being a Regulatory Affairs professional and leader with 29+ years of global regulatory and drug development experience in the biotechnology industry (including almost 15 years as Head of Global RA at Alnylam), I am now following my other passion and am honored to take on the role of Chief, DE&I Officer at Alnylam (www.alnylam.com). I strongly believe that diversity and inclusion will make our industry stronger and our workplaces more equitable, innovative and fun. I look forward to bringing my passion and energy to this important initiative for Alnylam and our industry as a whole. I am a member of the Board of Directors for Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (www.marinuspharma.com), a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of innovative therapeutics to treat rare seizure disorders. I am also a host and Chair of the Board for Hospitality Homes (www.hosp.org), a non-profit organization that provides free or low-cost housing for patients who come from all over the world to seek specialty medical care in Boston.
