A 29 year old small town boy, who started yoga and cricket at the age of 6. After having experienced significant positive changes in me as an arrogant young child, I wanted to change the way Yoga has been perceived because it helped me realise that yoga is more than just an hour of practice but a lifestyle that can permanently combat modern day ailments like stress, sleep, obesity & many more! Under the guidance of my Guruji, at the age of 18, I took on the vow to follow 5 sadhanas until I was 25 years. I chose this path to challenge my mental endurance and after 11 years, I continue to follow it. At the age of 21, with an anchored mindset, I set on the journey of spreading health and happiness through yoga, mindfulness and beyond. After having many many ups and downs in the last many years, moving from a 100% offline business to a 100% online business, today, SARVA is a digital wellness ecosystem built on the authentic foundations of yoga. We define, design, deliver and distribute yoga and meditation content in multiple formats through mobile and web. Our vision is connect 7 billion breaths, one breath at a time.
