- Serving as a consultant providing HR advice, guidance and support to assigned business units, managers and associates on a broad range of HR related issues and policies. - Managing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and goals within company nationwide. - Working collaboratively with other HR and Business functions to provide innovative solutions to issues as well as ensuring cohesion across functions. - Managing teams of HR professionals. - Creating, implementing and executing HR policies, procedures and tools. - Working with various community initiatives such as STEM education, TDSB and other community organisations through the Corporate Social Responsibility Team, - Ensuring the legal compliance and smooth delivery and execution of various HR operations within the organization at both national and international level. - Leading the day to day implementation of policies and procedures including recruiting, training, employee engagement, employee benefits and employee relations nationally.
