Sasha Titchkosky

Sasha Titchkosky is the co-founder and CEO of Koskela, one of Australia's most innovative and well-respected furniture and homewares design businesses. A certified BCorp, Koskela designs and supplies furniture for workplace, education and residential environments. Sasha's prior experience in the corporate world fuelled her passion for the creation of a business with a unique purpose-driven culture.Sasha, in conjunction with co-founder Russel Koskela, has for close to 21 years championed a commitment to local manufacturing, environmental awareness and a decade long Impact program. Sasha was the originator of Koskela's Impact activities which focus on using Koskela's design skills to create income-earning opportunities for Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. To date this work has created over $1 million dollars’ worth of income for the artists and art centres via these opportunities. Koskela is also proudly a member of Supply Nation.Sasha was responsible for driving Koskela's certification as a B Corp, the first Australian furniture company to attain this recognition and is a passionate campaigner for Climate Action. As of 2020, Koskela became a Climate Active Carbon Neutral organisation. Sasha is also the inaugural chair of the Australia New Zealand B Corp Climate Collective and an ambassador for Better Futures Australia.Highly respected in both the design and business communities, Sasha has spoken at Soul Safari at VIVID Ideas and was the winner of the InStyle Women of Style Awards, Architecture and Design and was selected as a member of the Australian Financial Review (AFR) 100 Women of Influence Program. Koskela has also been shortlisted for the AFR Best Places to Work Awards for 2021.
