I am a recent graduate from the University at Buffalo. I am passionate about helping others regain functionality and control in their lives. Previously I was an At-home Tutor for a teenage boy that has Asperger's and was a graduate teaching assistant at the University at Buffalo. For my first Level II fieldwork I worked at Broome Developmental Center where I completed home, sensory, feeding, and wheelchair evaluations, co-taught Bed Safety, Safe Patient Handling, Sensitivity Awareness, and Feeding and Dining Courses to incoming employees. I also presented on Parkinson's vs. Drug-Induced Parkinsonism. For my second Level II fieldwork I worked on the inpatient rehabilitation floor at Binghamton General. I held a caseload of 4-5 patients and completed extensive weekly evaluations, and daily 90-minute interventions. While at Binghamton General I presented an in-service on the AOTA initiative, Choosing Wisely.
