Hello! My name is Savleen Kaur, a lifelong humanitarian and a person who seeks meaning more than things. I have graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Passionate about planning and coordinating the workforce to best match the cultural fit in the organization, I take an eager interest in understanding and participating in the programs offered to create an open, diverse, and inclusive environment in the company to boost the morale of the employees. Since my high school days, I had loved to evaluate the psychology behind people's minds and behaviors. I am keen to learn new skills and establish relationships with curious, positive, and creative people. Currently, I am a Bilingual Management Associate at M&T Bank. Besides my academic life, I take pleasure in reading non-fiction, DIY, and caring for the underprivileged. Along with this, I have substantial experience working in the retail industry for giants like ShopRite and Walmart, where I developed teamwork and punctuality skills. I also assisted my university in soliciting donations for scholarships.
