My Skills covered Compiling the requirements of the client and the competent authorities and preparing the program and components of the project and defining the project charter. Forming the team and identifying the skills of each individual in addition to training them on tasks and responsibilities. Design and coordinating with the team to achieve the highest flexible productivity within the allowable cost and obtaining initial approvals and approvals from the owner. Develop and review design and plans with different engineering disciplines and control the quality of outputs and deliverables. Review the conformity of the plans and obtain the approval of the official authorities in the country. Preparing bills of quantities and project proposal documents for contractors and reviewing technical documents.
