Scott Bailey

Bequall Inc. Was formed to leverage advances in modular manufacturing, housing policy, and GIS data analytics to accelerate the creation of attainable housing options, specifically purpose-built rental homes. Bequall is building a new type of housing company at the intersection of single-family rentals and build-to-rent communities. Our vision is to build moderate-density neighborhoods enabling more equitable access to communities. Before launching Bequall, Scott spent ten years at MassChallenge, the largest global non-profit accelerator in the world. In this role, he helped the organization grow to seven countries with nine annual programs and over 100 employees. During Scott’s tenure, over 2,344 startups were accelerated, creating over 100K jobs, generating $2.7B in revenue, and over $5B in funding.
