Scott Ham

Scott Ham is a dynamic, visionary, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in high-paced organizations. Scott has superior interpersonal skills and advises organizations on the utilization/development of innovative approaches to drive growth, change and overall success. Scott was the chief distribution officer for Transamerica Life Insurance Company. In this role, he was responsible for the overall direction of innovation, branding, digital platforms, CX, sales, marketing, product development and distribution across all business lines. Before assuming his role of chief distribution officer, Scott served as president and CEO of Transamerica’s Life &a; Protection division. In this role, he was responsible for the P&a;L for the division, with more than $1.5 billion in sales in 2015 and over 5,000 employees. While in this position, he created an environment where employees were empowered to think differently and innovate to better protect families and their dreams. Under his leadership, his team created the first innovation lab/center within Transamerica, transforming the way that employees looked at issues being faced by the company. Scott is also a senior advisor with McKinsey &a; Company and industry director for Ringleader Ventures.
