Scott Julian Branch

Mr. Scott Julian Branch has been the President of INTL FCStone Inc. since May 2013 and served as its President since October 2002. Mr. Branch has been a Director of INTL FCStone Inc. since December 2002. He joined International Assets Holding Corp. as President designate. In December, 2002 he was elected to the Board of Directors to assume the position vacated by Jerome F. Miceli and currently serves as President. In December 2002, he was also elected to the board of Directors and an officer of OffshoreTrader.Com. ('OTCL') and International Asset Management Corporation ('IAMC'). Prior to joining International Assets Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries Mr. Branch was General Manager of Standard Bank London, Ltd. From 1995 until 2002 Mr. Branch was affiliated with Standard Bank and its subsidiaries and at various times was responsible for the Eastern Mediterranean Region and the Forfaiting and Syndications Group. Mr. Branch is a Director of INTL Consilium, LLC. He served as a Director of Standard Yatirim Menkul Kivmetler AS, a Turkish broker/dealer and Standard Aval, a Czech finance company.
