As the Director of Resiliency in AT&T’s Consumer organization, my current role leverages thought leadership to transform customer expectations into clear objectives. Guiding a team to insure that our portfolio of applications is future ready, resilient, and built to withstand the rigors of millions of customers. Being a part of a large diverse team of individuals advancing to the latest IT transformation in the areas of Agile and DevOps while we convert our monolithic applications into a Microservices based domain model. Additionally, I enjoy directing our largest Mobility launch each year with the iPhone Performance Readiness effort. Involving a cross functional team of over 150+ of AT&T’s finest group of leadership talent and technical elite. During this yearly event there is an enormous collection of interlaced applications, experiments, lofty goals, and challenging client expectations. My passion within IT stretches not only to all technical aspects of cloud computing, Big Data, continuous dev/delivery etc. But I am also energized by connecting and mentoring my team to reach their ultimate personal potential. Nothing is more nourishing than a grateful client and a vibrant team whom surrounds us at work on a daily basis.
