I have had success in every position and industry I have worked in by following simple rules. I have reached and exceeding my goals by creating, motivating and training my individual Direct Reports. This success has increased my own worth to the companies I have worked for and it has made many of my Direct Reports very successful within the companies I have worked for. Most recently, my enthusiasm has taken me into the retail sector where the power of reliable systems, passionate leadership, and a data-driven approach translates into creating a business that supplies High Quality Products and a Customer Service Oriented Sales Team to thousands of customers. With over 25 years of progressive sales and sales management, within multiple industries, I have a proven track record that shows good sales people can sell anything and what you need is a person that understands and is able to see, within applicants, these attributes when hiring and training. This is how I have been successful in motivating the individuals within the sales team through my career within multiple industries over the last 25 years.
