Scott Szczesniak

Scott currently serves as a Senior Procurement Analyst in the Aviation Supply Chain at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Scott's primary duty is supporting procurement operations at DLA Aviation as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Citizen Developer. In this role, Scott is using his years of experience at DLA and his familiarity with his agency's business to rapidly develop robust automations to increase procurement efficiency. Scott uses UiPath Studio, a low code automation tool, and agile development practices to efficiently develop robotic processes that automated routine, repetitive processes at DLA. In addition to RPA development, Scott has a passion for innovation and technology in the areas of procurement and supply chain resiliency. Scott has also served as a Contract Officer at DLA for 10 years. As a Contracting Officer, Scott performed the full range of contracting functions for long term strategic support of aircraft engine maintenance and overhaul.
