Scott Tonn

Scott Tonn is the Manager of Tonn Investments, LLC ("TI") and TTD Holdings, LLC (“TTD”). TI and TTD are private holding companies that specialize primarily in operating company investments. Both TI and TTD have owned, operated, or currently have stakes in companies and assets in the following sectors: electrical wholesale, Arizona-based construction trades, Electric, HVAC, concrete (Austin Companies), construction tech solutions (TradeTrax Inc.), internet consumer services, IT infrastructure companies, renewable energy (photovoltaic), and EV Charging Operations & Maintenance (365 Pronto Inc.). TI and its partners are also active in commercial & retail real estate (AZ & CA), and multi-family home development in Downtown Phoenix, AZ including Opportunity Zone investment vehicles (Defer Gain, LLC). Previously, Mr. Tonn served as CEO of SunWize Technologies from October 2011 through June 2013. Prior to joining SunWize, Mr. Tonn co-founded and served as Co-Managing Partner at Blue Renewable Energy, a privately owned renewable energy power producer and development company focused on PV and wind projects. Mr. Tonn also served for eight years as President of Essco Companies, a leading west coast electrical wholesale distributor.
