With sixteen years of experience and expertise in the restaurant industry, Sean is the backbone of Santorini’s from concept to creation. The menu development, restaurant design, and marketing strategy has all been originated and managed by Sean. Santorini’s Greek Grill combines delicious, fresh Greek flavors with the ability for the customer to be directly involved in the process of creation. It’s fast, healthy, and there’s something for every food preference, from vegetarian to gluten-free. Perfect for a quick, family dinner, or a working lunch. Sean’s desire to give back to the community is one of the differentiating aspects of the Santorini brand. “When my wife and I started this, we said to each other that we were going to make sure we give back to the community as much as possible and not be a typical restaurant—not just take, take, take.” Being a part of our community and our employees’ lives is very important to us. We are frequently involved in community fundraisers and events.
