My main experience and responsibilities include managing all new and existing relationships ensuring a best-in-class customer service for all guests to Storyland Studios. Developing new strategic partnerships and opportunities, predominantly across the UK, Europe, LATAM, MENA and APAC, whilst supporting our US developments. Providing consulting and insights into the industry to our guests, across all aspects of the development of themed entertainment projects (small > XL) globally from design to build, whether a Theme Park & Resort, Water Park, FEC or themed F&B, I enjoy offering my learnings from the last decasde across all areas of this industry. Other areas of my experience and responsibilities include developing proposals for bespoke projects, managing and negotiating complex multi-million £,$,SAR (etc.) contracts, liaising and developing projects with major IP partners, attending industry events and making new connections to serve in the industry. I am also lucky enough to manage an exceptionally talented and focused team.
