Relevant Experience and Accomplishments Learning & Development • Consult with business partners to create training solutions and Conditions of Success. • Develop, implement and evaluate training classroom and computer based curriculum for new hires and existing employees. • Design, develop and deliver classroom and computer based training for existing employees on new system enhancements, procedures and product launches. • Gain a thorough knowledge of all departmental policies and procedures, as well as technical expertise. Process Improvement – Lean/Six Sigma • Facilitate Kaizen events with identified business partners for “quick-win” improvements or methodology roll-outs. • Provide long term consultation and technical support of Six Sigma process review, tollgates and Conditions of Success review. • Liaison between Black Belt consultants and business partners to facilitate improvements and integration. Project Management • Work with multiple departments and team members to create goals, project tasks, tollgates and Conditions of Success. • Mediate cross-relational support between project members and departments to leverage skills and proficiency. • Design and deliver comprehensive project status and ROI analytical reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership. Technical • Design databases, dashboards and computer applications to support business functionality, scalability and process improvement. • Liaison between technical and non-technical departments to help integrate technology improvements and solutions. • Provide technical and analytical consultation and support between multiple assets and departments for implementation or creation of new applications. • Design, test and prove technical and application/software prototypes.
