I've always been someone with multiple interests. Drawn by my desire to understand human behavior, I studied Psychology and acquired a masters in HR management to further strengthen my ability to establish deep connections with people. My past work experiences have touched upon fashion, sales, marketing and HR. Whilst my background is very diverse, the common denominator is my empathetic approach and my adaptability. In my current role, I have been able to leverage all the skills I have acquired. As a client services manager in Marbella's leading luxury rentals platform, my strong eye for impeccable esthetics, my empathetic nature and my strong organizational qualities have allowed me to nourish strong relationships with our very discerning clientele as well as significantly enhance our offering. I believe in adopting an "intrapreneurial" approach: treating the business like my own, taking initiative and promoting innovative thinking.
